Great location near parks and subway, with friendly staff who really go the extra mile. Rooms feel a bit dated, but they're spacious and comfy enough for a good stay. Just be prepared for some quirks, like the thick duvet in warmer weather. A pleasant experience!

Good and unbeatable location just a short walk away from Post Alley. Walking distance to a bakery and a shopping area across the street. Large unit with coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators.

We recently stayed for a week, enjoying a wonderful family vacation. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and conveniently connected to underground walkways. Our room was spacious and clean, great for our family of five.
I couldn't recommend more this hotel.

staff is above any praise... It's a great location. GREAT BREAKFAST. Coffee's not important. It's a great room. I want to go back to this hotel.
There is no such thing.

Location was ideal, and that's about it.
- Rooms come with wired internet, which is rather outdated. You should upgrade to wifi. - my partner accidentally dropped her bottle of cuticle oil. I immediately called room service to be careful when they came to clean it up: they never cleaned it up. when I returned to my room, many hours later, despite changing my sheets and bath towels, there was oil and broken glass on the floor still.

The hotel is fairly clean and spacious with outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff members. Its rooms are modern, had a relaxing stay during winter time. The setting is magnificent and incredible, right by the tunnel. There's an executive bar at the venue.

The triple room was impressively spacious, offering ample room for our family. The garden view from the room provided a tranquil atmosphere that enhanced our stay.
Dining options seemed limited in variety .

Reception was very nice and the hotel personnel was very kind and always ready to support with anything.
The rood level did not meet the standards of the hotel level and money paid.

I loved the spacious room with super comfy beds and the delicious pastries from the hotel bakery were a real treat! There’s a great spa and a cozy lounge to unwind in after a day out. I did wish the laundry service operated longer hours, but it didn't really take away from my experience. 😊
